Return & Refund Policy

At YukonCart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Window

Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order. After 7 days, we may not be able to process your request.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging or tags.
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival will be prioritized and handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Some products (e.g., food, personalized goods, gift cards) may not be returnable. See "Non-returnable Items" below.

3. Return Process

  • Go to your YukonCart dashboard.
  • Locate the order you wish to return.
  • Click the "Return” button
  • Select the reason for the return and submit the request.

You will receive return instructions once your request is reviewed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, or Interac e‑Transfer).

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable food products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
