YukonCart Return & Refund Policy

1. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth experience, customers must:

  • Provide accurate shipping and payment information at the time of purchase.
  • Carefully inspect their order upon delivery and report any issues within the return window.

2. Return & Refunds

Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process Managed by YukonCart

All returns and refunds are handled directly by YukonCart. Once a return request is submitted:

  • The buyer must ship the item back to the provided return address.
  • Once YukonCart receives the product, it will be inspected for quality and condition.

Refund Eligibility

  • If the returned product is in good, unused condition, a refund will be initiated.
  • The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Disputes

In the event of any issues or disputes, YukonCart will review the case and make a final decision based on platform policies and the condition of the returned item.

4. Vendor Payouts

Payout Schedule

Vendors receive bi-weekly payouts via INTERAC e-Transfer.

Payout Eligibility

Payouts are issued:

  • Only after the order is completed, and
  • After the 7-day return period has passed without any return or dispute.
