Delivery policy

We aim to ship all ready-made items within 7 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may take 2–3 weeks to complete before shipping.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Yukon Cart delivery service, depending on your location and availability. Tracking information will be provided when available.
We also offer local pickup at the Shipyard park, Whitehorse. If you'd like to pick up your order, please select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.

Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a photo so we can make it right.
